My refrigerator died on Sunday of Memorial weekend. I had company visiting and discovered my ice cubes were water. In a panic, I called HASR, and without hesitancy, Anthony said he'd be over in an hour... even though it was a holiday weekend and he had family visiting. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issue and with his advice I decided to purchase a new appliance. With only 30 minutes before stores closed, he provided a loaner to get me through until my new refrig arrived. He and his wife, Linda, did an awesome job setting up the loaner and removing my dead refrig! Thank you Anthony and Linda - you are the best!
This is the most honest and customer-serivce focused company I have come across since moving to Phoenix. I have been ripped off by shotty workmanship and poor customer service by repair people and THESE GUYS/GAL ARE THE BEST! I will use them for anything and everything now for my home.
