My poor parents spent so much money on this home and the builders are so terrible! We've been living here for just a couple months and things are falling apart. From the splitting molding to the cracked ceilings...They've tried to contact the foreman but nothing's been resolved. He told our neighbors, "You got what you paid for"...not what we expected from Pulte.....the neighborhood is nice and quiet though...it's just sad....

Great family location. Also, approximately half of homes are occupied by seniors who like Sun City Festival, which is attached, but don't golf or need all of their other amenities. We've been here almost ten years, and never once regretted the move. If the current trend continues, this area will be even more attractive in a couple more years.
